Build 9229

Fixed: Recipients cannot accept or decline recurring calendar invites sent from a shared calendar.
Fixed: The Save button does not activate when changes are made to Domain Defaults.
Fixed: Users are experiencing an issue from shared calendars cannot be viewed due to an error message blocking access.
