Fixed: Autodiscover can occasionally return an incorrect display name.
Fixed: Custom domain-level logos for webmail on Windows can still be overridden by system level logos and disappear.
Fixed: Sending a message over EWS with a display name that includes a double quote strips the quote character.
Fixed: Shared Resources present recurring events with no start date.
Fixed: User with Manage permissions for a Domain Calendar is not able to delete events.
