Fixed: A change to TCP response times causes some connection delays for IMAP, POP, XMPP, and SMTP.
Fixed: Mail domains with uppercase letters will prevent a custom image from appearing on the login page.
Fixed: SmarterMail is generating bounce messages with an incorrect Reporting-MTA value.
Fixed: Webcal URLs can occasionally stop working.
Fixed: When clicking the Protocol tab under Reports, the message "Maximum date range exceeded (max: 5 years)" is displayed.
