Time-sensitive action required: Datacenter migration announcement

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your business and trust in Negox! Internet Solutions, LLC as your valued business partner and cloud provider. We’re committed to your success and prioritizing your experience within our datacenter infrastructure. 

To this end, we have made significant investments in rolling out new datacenter (Microsoft Azure) designed to deliver a more resilient architecture with higher levels of network throughput and redundancy.

As part of this modernization strategy, we have determined it is necessary to close select datacenter (IBM Cloud) unsuitable for upgrading, including the decision to close the following hosting accounts on February 28, 2021 March 14, 2021

  • Standard Hosting Accounts (SolidCP)
  • Advanced Hosting Accounts (SolidCP)

This means you will need to migrate your hosting accounts to a newer Negox facility – but don’t worry – If your hosting account with SolidCP, the expiration date is greater than the expiration date of the new contract with your Plesk hosting account, let us know, and our billing team will update the expiration date of your new hosting account with Plesk.

Your action is needed.

  1. If you have email service activated or email accounts created, you must first download all messages to your local computer from your email accounts; completed the backup of your mail accounts, delete the mail accounts and deactivate the mail service from SolidCP. If you have the email service disabled or do not have email accounts created, continue to step #2.
  2. Apply for a Plesk account by submitting the domain name for the account by opening a ticket. If step #1 is completed then we proceed to the activation of your Plesk account with the same expiration date of your SolidCP account.
  3. Create the email accounts in your Plesk account to send and receive messages again correctly.
  4. Upload the content of your websites and databases to your Plesk account.
  5. Finally, when you change the name servers (DNS) of your domains and all services are working correctly, please cancel your SolidCP account, thus avoiding pointless charges.

We recommend doing the migration in a dead time to avoid mishaps. Do not forget that you have until March 14, 2021.
